<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a vacuum container is provided to clinch partial sides of both sides of substrates by using a position decision jig. CONSTITUTION: A bonding material is spread in one peripheral part of a front substrate(2) and a rear substrate(1). A pair of substrates which has a one side is spread by the bonding material is contact with each other after passing through the bonding material. A part of side of the pair of substrate is fixed by using a position decision jig(150) which is composed of bimetal. The pair of substrates which are fixed each other is separated with each other by heating the bonding material to a first temperature.</p> |
