PURPOSE: An ink composition for forming conductive metallic electrode is provided to prepare high reliability device in a conventional process without an additional process, and to shorten process cost and time. CONSTITUTION: An ink composition for forming conductive metallic electrode comprises copper neodecanoate and at least one or two kinds selected from benzene, toluene, and xylene. In addition, the ink composition includes copper neodecanoate, copper hydroxide powder, and at least one or two kinds selected from alcohols, amines, amides, ketones and ethers. |
