PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply compensate group delay characteristics of an analog low pass filter by a group delay characteristic compensation apparatus.

SOLUTION: Disclosed is the group delay characteristic compensation apparatus for compensating the group delay characteristics of the analog low pass filter which removes aliasing of a digital/analog converter, or an analog/digital converter, wherein a digital signal processing means for constituting an all-pass phase circuit and compensating the group delay characteristics of the analog low pass filter is included at a prestage of the digital/analog converter or a poststage of the analog/digital converter.
