<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo- and/or heat-curable resin that has excellent preservation stability, to give cured products enough satisfying required properties such as hardness, heat resistance, chemical resistance, etc. and is capable of being developed by alkali, and to provide a cured product of the same. <P>SOLUTION: The carboxyl group-containing epoxy resin is obtained by performing reaction of a monocarboxylic acid (b) of 0.3-0.9 mol against 1 eq. epoxy group of a resin (a) having at least two epoxy groups in one molecule, the resultant reaction product (c) is allowed to react with a polybasic acid (d) of 0.2-5 mol against 1 eq. epoxy group of the product (c), further the resulted reaction product (e) is allowed to react with a monocarboxylic acid (f) of 0.0-5.0 mol against 1 eq. epoxy group of the product (e), and whose acid value is 20-150 mgKOH/g, and epoxy equivalent is 3,000 g/eq. or below. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
