<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase data holding characteristics of a flash memory by efficiently performing refresh processing without affecting the operation of a system even during system operation. <P>SOLUTION: An information processor includes: a flash memory for recording data; a system processing part for reading data recorded in the flash memory, and for writing the data in the flash memory; a refresh processing part for performing error detection to the data recorded in the flash memory, and for correcting the data whose error has been detected, and for executing refresh processing to rewrite the data in the flash memory; and a priority control part for preferentially making either of the system processing part or the refresh processing part operate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
