<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate operation that a user is requested to perform to discriminatingly use an in-page search from a web page to be displayed and a web page search by a search engine when the web page is displayed on a display unit of an image forming apparatus etc. <P>SOLUTION: A display controller includes the display unit for displaying an image and a web browser 5221 having a function of making the display unit display the web page and making a search within the displayed web page, and the web browser 5221 stores at least one or more search engines and also displays, on the display unit, a search execution instruction acceptance button for accepting an input of a search execution instruction from the user, and a selection key for accepting the selection of a desired search between the web page search by the stored search engine and the in-page search by the function of the web browser 5221 in a state that items indicating the web page search and in-page search are displayed side by side when the search execution indication is accepted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
