PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive switching device easy to control components thereof. SOLUTION: An insulation sheet is sandwiched between the back face of an insulation type semiconductor and a radiation fin; an insulation washer is sandwiched between the front face of the insulation type semiconductor and a metallic screw; an insulation tube having a length fittable to the width of the insulation type semiconductor, that of the radiation fin and that of the insulation sheet is inserted into a hole of the insulation washer, a screw insertion hole of the insulation type semiconductor, that of the insulation sheet, and that of the radiation fin; and a screw is made to pass through the inside of the insulation tube, and screwed and fixed by a metallic nut.
