RUBBER COMPOSITION FOR TIRE TREAD

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for tire treads, in which a reclaimed rubber is formulated to reduce environmental load while the hardening with aging is reduced without adversely affecting the appearance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The rubber composition includes a diene-based rubber and a reclaimed rubber which contains 40-60 wt.% of a rubber component, wherein 0.01-5 pts.wt. of a tea extract containing catechin is formulated based on 100 pts.wt. of a rubber component consisting of 2.5-20 wt.% of the rubber component in the reclaimed rubber and 80-97.5 wt.% of the diene-based rubber.
