<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt fastening device capable of reducing vibrations of a robot to which a nut runner is mounted, when the nut runner fastens the bolt by pulse fastening, without taking mechanical measures. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The bolt fastening device 10 wherein the nut runner 20 mounted on the robot 30 fastens the bolt by the pulse fastening, comprises a robot controller 35 controlling the action of the robot 30, and a nut runner controller 21 controlling the action of the nut runner 20. The nut runner controller 21 transmits the fastening control information of the bolt by the nut runner 20 to the robot controller 35. The robot controller 35 produces a control signal for controlling the action of the robot 30 so as to reduce the vibrations of the robot 30 generated when pulse-fastening the bolt, and transmits the control signal to the robot 30.
