<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laid panel for working easily and firmly connectable without separately preparing a locking device and capable of distributing the load of a working machine to the laid panels arranged therearound. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This laid panel 1 laid in a work site for a working machine which is used for civil engineering works, construction works, and wrecking includes a panel body 8 having a thickness D, a key hole part 20 having a depth of less than D from the upper surface 8A of the panel body 8 when it is viewed from a side, and a key part 10 projecting from the side surface of the panel body 8 outward with a thickness of less than D from the upper surface of the panel body 8.
