PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve opening-closing timing control device capable of restraining even an enlargement of an internal combustion engine, without leaking a working fluid from the middle of a releasing flow passage. SOLUTION: This valve opening-closing timing control device has a driving side rotary member 1, a driven side rotary member 2, a hydraulic pressure chamber 14, a partition part for partitioning the hydraulic pressure chamber 14, an ignition timing advance flow passage 20 and an ignition timing delay flow passage 21, and a lock mechanism switchable to a locking state of locking the driving side rotary member 1 and the driven side rotary member 2 and a releasing state, and is provided with the releasing flow passage 29 for supplying fluid supplied to an ignition timing advance chamber 16 or an ignition timing delay chamber 17 as fluid for putting the lock mechanism in the releasing state. The releasing flow passage 29 is constituted by merging a first supply passage 30 communicated with the ignition timing advance flow passage 20 or the ignition timing advance chamber 16 and a second supply passage 31 communicated with the ignition timing delay flow passage 21 or the ignition timing delay chamber 17. A one-way valve 35 is arranged in the first supply passage 30 and the second supply passage 31, and a valve element 40 is arranged for communicating/cutting off the releasing flow passage 29.
