PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a case storing a multiple clip unit to be attached to a loading tool while maintaining an appropriate posture. SOLUTION: The multiple clip unit 13 has a clip pulling-in member 83 engaged with the tip and is stored in a clip case 81. The clip case 81 is provided with a positioning key 116 in the lower portion. The lower end of the positioning key 116 is provided with a leaf spring 116a arranged along the axial direction of the case 81. The loading tool 82 is provided with a case insertion groove 91 into which the clip case 81 is inserted. The case insertion groove 91 is provided with a positioning key groove 125 along the axial direction. The positioning key 116 regulates the rotation of the clip case 81 around the axis and movements in the axial direction by engaging with the positioning key groove 125 up to the depth.
