PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zoom lens barrel which can regulate relative movement of a straight advance barrel and a cam barrel in an optical axis direction without making the straight advance barrel larger in a radial direction. SOLUTION: The zoom lens barrel includes: a plurality of lens groups 101, 201, 301 and 401; a cam barrel 501 on which a cam for moving the plurality of lens groups in an optical axis direction is formed; and the straight advance barrel 502 which guides the plurality of lens groups to straight advance in the optical axis direction. The straight advance barrel 502 is arranged to relatively rotate on an inner periphery of the cam barrel 501, and the plurality of lens groups move by rotation of the cam barrel 501. The zoom lens barrel includes: a flange part 502a of the straight advance barrel 502, and a fall-off preventing member 503 interposed and locked between an end face of the cam barrel 501 and a locking part 502f of the straight advance barrel 502. The relative movement of the cam barrel 501 and the straight advance barrel 502 in the optical axis direction is regulated by the flange part 502a and the fall-off preventing member 503.
