PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire, improving the durability of a mark peripheral edge part while maintaining the visibility of a mark such as characters and numerals provided on a side wall part even in a small-diameter tire. SOLUTION: In this pneumatic tire 1, the side wall part is provided with the mark 20 having a plurality of peripheral sides 21-24 extending in the peripheral direction of the tire. The surfaces of belt-like parts 25, 26 disposed between two sides 22, 23, 24 spaced apart from and opposite to each other out of the plurality of peripheral sides 21-24 are formed higher than the surface of the side wall part in the periphery of the mark 20, and lower than the surface of a contour part 27 of the mark 20.
