PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus of manufacturing a sticking box which enables the laborsaving of an assembling process of a texture box and a patch process of a surface skin material such as a poster, and thereby can remarkably improve the manufacturing efficiency of the sticking box. SOLUTION: The apparatus includes a first female die 41 erecting a side plate at a C chamfering part 46 when a polygonal plate 33 is pressed into a first passing opening 41a, a tray 47 positioning a surface skin material 32 so that a polygonal plate surface skin 36 is pasted to the polygonal plate 33 passing through the first passing opening 41a, a surface skin material support plate 52, a pad 55, and a flap pusher 58 which erect a side plate surface skin 37 so that a flap 39 is tucked between a side plate 34 and a side plate surface skin 38, and a second female die 42 pressing the side plate surface skin 37, 38 to the side plate 34 at the internal surface of a second passing opening 42a when the polygonal plate 33 passes through the second passing opening 42a.
