<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuse resistor wherein a fuse resistance can be surely installed in a center position of a case being in a hollow state, without contacting an inner peripheral surface of the case and the inside of the case can be surely sealed up with a filler. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fuse resistor includes: a first case 10 which has a concave storage part 11 having an opening 13 as an upper surface; a fuse resistance body 30 formed by connecting lead lines 37 to both ends of a fuse resistance 31; a second case 60 which is inserted into the storage part 11 in a state of closing the opening 13; and the filler 90. Both of lead lines 37 are protruded out of the first case simultaneously with storing the fuse resistance 31 into the storage part 11, and the opening 13 of the first case 10 is closed with the second case 60, and the filler 90 is filled from the outside of the second case 60 to seal up the cases, whereby the fuse resistance 31 is installed without contacting inner peripheral surfaces of the first and second sealed-up cases 10 and 60.
