<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle controlling device capable of performing a smooth operation when a shift position is shifted to a parking position through a switch operation and a turning-off control of a power supply for a vehicle is performed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A parking ECU 28 operates an actuator 18 through a brake ECU 74 so as to generate a braking power for establishing a parking velocity condition through an assisting control in the case that the parking velocity condition is not established when the parking velocity condition is fulfilled and a power supply 34 is shifted to its turned-off state through an operation of an engine switch 24 and the parking velocity condition is not established temporarily. As a result, the parking velocity condition is established again, its state is kept and it is possible to perform a shifting to P-position and a transferring to a turned-off state of a power supply.
