PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular information management device capable of grasping the running state of a vehicle, and making management so that the vehicle scheduled for receiving the work arrives at the designated place by the scheduled time. SOLUTION: The vehicular information management device includes: a storage device 101 for storing the vehicle organization number and the operation number defined at the track and the time for the scheduled run of the vehicle, and the vehicle operation data D1 including the record relating the scheduled work received by the vehicle; a first reception means 11 for receiving the organization number of the running vehicle from a sensor provided on the track; a second reception means 12 for receiving the operation number specified by the vehicle run in the predetermined section on the track from an operation management system for managing the vehicle operation; a determination means 14 for determining whether or not the work is related to either the organization number or the operation number when the record in which the received organization number and the received operation number are related to each other is not included in the vehicle operation data; and an outputting means 15 for outputting an alarm when the work is related to the organization number or the operation number.
