PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endotracheal tube for oral insertion capable of performing a consecutive suction of subglottic secretion even to a child. SOLUTION: This endotracheal tube 1 for oral insertion includes a suction pathway 4 and a saline injection pathway 5 to an intubation tube 2, wherein the suction pathway 4 is provided in the length direction of the intubation tube 2 to position a suction opening portion 4a at the side of an oral cavity-side end portion 2B of the intubation tube 2 with respect to a glottis marker 6 provided on the peripheral face of the intubation tube 2, and the saline injection pathway 5 is provided along the length direction of the intubation tube 2 to position a saline opening portion 5a at the side of the oral cavity-side end portion 2B of the intubation tube 2 with respect to the suction opening portion 4a.
