A method for surgical treatment in patients with lung tuberculosis which consists in that 5 and 6 ribs are removed subtotally. Stage by stage the bottom half of the shoulder blade is isolated and removed. They are sown to each other, with invagination, subscapular and underscapular muscles in the area of shoulder blade resection. In the end of operative intervention the sanation bronchoscopy is carried out. In the postoperative period within the first 3 days the sanation bronchoscopy is carried out with introduction of mucolytics, antibiotics and hormones into the bronchial tree. On the 4-th day after operation the pneumoperitoneum is imposed in volume of 1000-1500 cm.
