A device for radial rotary profiling contains internal rolls mounted on horizontal shafts and having counter-axial motion, and three external rolls having radial motion. On the first and second profiling surfaces of external rollers segments are made of a minimum height of 0.2 of workpiece thickness: on the first surface - on the form of an isosceles triangle, on the second surface - in the form of an isosceles trapezoid, in addition, between the external rolls at least three gauging rolls are located, axles of which are hingedly connected to each other and with the axles of external rolls by rocks with possibility of radial displacement. |
