<p>The method involves using contact units for connecting the solar cells (3,11). The solar cells, contact units and soldering agent are assembled on a base plate to a cell matrix, where a holding plate is positioned on each solar cell. The total surface of the cell matrix is heated up to melting point of the soldering agent. The contact units are formed with a copper core and an external tin layer. The holding plate is formed by glass and the cell matrix is heated by radiation with an infrared heater. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a plate for the fixation of contact strips in the assembly of solar cells; and (2) a vacuum cup for the transport and positioning unit of contact with the length of two solar cells.</p> |
