<p>The device (13) has an input port (131) for receiving data i.e. position-dependent data of a servomotor (10), and an output port (132) for sending the data, where the data are generated during operation of the servomotor. A data processing unit parallely reads the data received by the input port, and serially outputs the data at the output port without time delay using a port identification. The input and output ports are arranged at a housing of the data processing unit, where the housing has international protection rating (IP) 65type of protection. An independent claim is also included for a drive system comprising a signal distribution device.</p> |
