PURPOSE: A low temperature steam sterilizer is provided to ensure effect of sterilizing through steam and prevent damage of a pump by heat of a heat block. CONSTITUTION: A low temperature steam sterilizer comprises: a heat block having a water pail and steam nozzle; a water supply pipe(2) which is connected between the heat block and comprises a pump; a vertical drug nozzle connected to drug pail; a solenoid valve(42) connect to the water supply pipe between the pump and heat block with water pail and drain pipe; a pipe block(4) mounted between the water supply pipe and solenoid valve; and a controller(8) controlling the pump, solenoid valve and heat block. |
