摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ingredients of scattered Sushi or fruit Sushi, completely novel in the world, and having new taste, and to provide a method for expanding the usage of dried fruits. <P>SOLUTION: Fruit scattered Sushi is obtained by boiling rice, and mixing Sushi vinegar therewith followed by mixing dried fruits as the ingredients. Alternatively, the fruit scattered Sushi is obtained by boiling rice, mixing Sushi vinegar with dried fruits as the ingredients, and mixing the product with the boiled rice.
