METHOD FOR PRODUCING FRUIT SCATTERED SUSHI, METHOD FOR PRODUCING INGREDIENT OF THE SAME, THE FRUIT SCATTERED SUSHI, AND THE INGREDIENT OF THE FRUIT SCATTERED SUSHI

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ingredients of scattered Sushi or fruit Sushi, completely novel in the world, and having new taste, and to provide a method for expanding the usage of dried fruits.

SOLUTION: Fruit scattered Sushi is obtained by boiling rice, and mixing Sushi vinegar therewith followed by mixing dried fruits as the ingredients. Alternatively, the fruit scattered Sushi is obtained by boiling rice, mixing Sushi vinegar with dried fruits as the ingredients, and mixing the product with the boiled rice. The ingredients of the fruit scattered Sushi are obtained by using no boiled rice, and mixing Sushi vinegar with the ingredients composed of dried fruits followed by retort-packing, or mixing Sushi vinegar with the ingredients composed of dried fruits followed by packing and freezing.
