<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate electricity charges when an all-electric system is installed even if no information on an apparatus to be introduced, an amount of use thereof or the like is presented from a consumer. <P>SOLUTION: A power usage server 1 stores usage of general power of a non-all-electric consumer, and usage of general power and all-electric power of an all-electric consumer. An estimation computer 2 has an estimation task 21 that acquires the usage of general power of a target non-all-electric consumer from the power usage server 1, acquires the usage of all-electric power of the all-electric consumer having the usage of the general power equal or similar to the usage acquired from the power usage server 1, and estimates electricity charges when the non-all-electric consumer installs an all-electric system based on the acquired usage of the all-electric power. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
