<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for performing a hot start PCR wherein the non-specific dimeric amplification of a primer is avoided by adding a specific polyanion before the amplification reaction. <P>SOLUTION: This new compound contains a structure: [Xx-(CH<SB>2</SB>)m-phosphoric acid-Yy]n, (wherein, 3≤m≤6; 30≤n≤60; (x), (y) are each independently 0 or 1; and X, Y are each independently an optional photometorically measurable part, and the terminal X may be -OH or phosphoric acid group; and further the terminal Y may be -OH). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
