<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter control circuit that generates a PWM signal after determining a voltage waveform of each phase regardless of whether or not a pulse-width value whose absolute value is maximum is a positive value, and also, regardless of magnitude of the other pulse-width values. <P>SOLUTION: The inverter control circuit controls a switching means of each phase provided in a three-phase inverter circuit by a PWM signal. The inverter control circuits includes: a calculation means 67 that calculates three pulse-width values which are respectively for generating a line-voltage waveform of each phase, outputted by the three-phase inverter circuit, during each sampling period and in which each of their absolute values expresses a pulse width while the positive or negative of the absolute value expresses the polarity of a pulse waveform; a discrimination means 67 for discriminating whether or not a pulse-width value, whose absolute value is maximum in the three pulse-width values calculated by the calculation means 67, is larger than zero; and a PWM-signal generating means 67 that generates the PWM signal after determining a waveform of each phase during the sampling period by a different rule on the basis of the discrimination result by the discrimination means 67. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
