<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anaerobic treatment apparatus and an anaerobic treatment method which can carry out stable treatment regardless of a change in the flow rate of introducing water to be treated. <P>SOLUTION: The anaerobic treatment apparatus 1 includes a main acid production tank 3 for pretreating the water to be treated W1, a methane fermentation tank 7 for carrying out the methane fermentation of the water pretreated in the main acid production tank 3 and sending it out as treated water W4, a flow rate fixing device 13 for making the flow rate of introducing the pretreated water to the methane fermentation tank 7 constant, a return line W5 for returning a part of the treated water W4, sent out of the methane fermentation tank 7, to the main acid production tank 3, and a controller S3 for controlling the flow rate of treated water W7 discharged to the outside of the methane fermentation tank 7 from a liquid level in the main acid production tank 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
