<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture 10 having a housing 11, a diffuser 12, a light source 13, and a heating source 14. <P>SOLUTION: The housing 11 includes a mounting plate 17 arranged in a radial row so as to be mounted on a ceiling of a structure in a usual method. The mounting plate 17 includes rows of mounting arms 18 formed by holding an air-intake opening 19 between each two mounting arms 18, and is connected with a pipe-shaped flow passage 21 having a penetrating central passage 22, wherein the lowest section of the flow passage 21 includes a neck section 24 with a screw. The locking plate 28 with a screw is rotatably connected with the neck section with a screw, and includes an exhaust opening 32 extending by penetrating the locking plate and arranged in a radial direction.
