<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program and a server device in a user support system, and a user support method for enabling an operator to efficiently support a user. <P>SOLUTION: This program causes a computer to function as: a question information transmission processing means for transmitting question information read from a storage in which question information and answer information is stored to a user terminal; a reception processing means for receiving as input information an answer sentence in natural language to be input by the user of the user terminal 1; an answer information extraction means for extracting the answer information from the storage part based on the received input information; an answer information transmission processing means for transmitting the extracted answer information to the user terminal 1; a decision means for deciding whether or not the information quantity of the received input information is equal to or more than a prescribed value; and an operator transmission processing means for, when it is not possible to extract any answer information corresponding to the input information, and the information quantity of the input information is equal to or more than the prescribed value, transmitting the acquired input information to an operator terminal 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
