PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for an accessory part preventing impairment of original design as a locking ratchet and a locking hole of a locking part can be seen when an accessory part is mounted to an air conditioner and that portion looks dirty due to the shadow of the locking hole. SOLUTION: The outer shell of the air conditioner is composed of an air conditioner body, a front panel 3 attached to a front face of the air conditioner body and formed with a stepped recessed part in a front face side, and an opening/closing panel mounted to the front panel. The accessory part 6 is attached to the stepped recessed part of the front panel, and is equipped with a locking ratchet 63 formed with a locking piece protruding to an outer side in a tip. A groove part 33 is provided in a position corresponding to the locking ratchet of the front panel in parallel with an outer shape line of the accessory part, and by boring a locking hole 32a in the groove part, the locking hole is hidden from the outside since the locking hole is embedded in the groove part.
