PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated body for preventing short-circuiting between an aluminum foil and metal terminals when the metal terminals connected to the respective positive/negative electrodes of a lithium battery are gripped, made to heat adhere, and be sealed in a state of projecting outward; and also to provide the laminated body with strong and stable adhesion strength among layers inner than the aluminum foil. SOLUTION: In the laminated body in which an outer layer, the aluminum foil, a fluorine system resin layer, and a heat-adhesive resin layer are laminated in series, the aluminum foil and the fluorine system resin layer, and the fluorine system resin layer and the heat-adhesive resin layer are laminated via chemical conversion layers.
