PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic drive device, method, and system for magnetically floating and/or three-dimensionally driving a diamagnetic substance, in a contactless manner. SOLUTION: The magnetic drive device includes a magnetic array 11, comprising a plurality of permanent magnets disposed to form the potential wall in a magnetic field; a temperature-sensitive body array 20 disposed on the magnetic array; and a heating means 31 for selectively heating the temperature-sensitive body array, wherein a driving target 40, including the diamagnetic substance, is magnetically floated and/or driven through changes in the magnetic field generated by the heating means.
