PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ultrasonic diagnostic equipment for eliminating periodic noise mixed in reception signals collected in a continuous wave Doppler spectrum method. SOLUTION: When generating spectrum image data in the continuous wave Doppler spectrum method, a switching power source 71 for supplying prescribed DC power to respective units of the ultrasonic diagnostic equipment 100 adopts a frequency being equal to or more than twice as large as an interruption frequency in an LPF 342 as a switching frequency. Then, the switching power source 71 generates a frequency as the switching frequency, which satisfies a condition where the m-fold frequency of the switching frequency is less than the frequency to be obtained by subtracting the interruption frequency from an ultrasonic frequency, and also the (m+1)-fold frequency of the switching frequency is larger than the frequency to be obtained by adding the interruption frequency to the ultrasonic frequency, and then, generates the desired DC power by a switching operation based on the switching frequency.
