PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid delivery device in which a consumption amount of air is less, a particle diameter of a liquid drop is small and a collision force is large. SOLUTION: The fluid delivery device is provided with a chamber in which a fluid intrudes and is mixed, at least one acceleration unit installed in the chamber or connected to the chamber and used for acceleration of the fluid in the chamber, and a fluid outlet portion connected to one end of the acceleration unit.
