PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the interference of drive frequency among a plurality of fellow piezoelectric transformers, without complicating circuit configuration. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric transformer 100 performs voltage transformation, using a plurality of piezoelectric transformers 102 and 104. Two pieces of transformers 102 and 104 are arranged, with their directions of each other's polarization reversed to the polarity of input voltages applied to each, though the properties are equal to each other. Therefore, each piezoelectric transformer 102 and 104 can prevent mutual frequency interference, since each drive frequency is different to get output voltages at, for example, the same specified values.
