PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine capable of preventing a fraudulent action by a player using a coin or the like for a hitting force adjusting device. SOLUTION: In the pinball game machine 1 including a ball hitting member 9 for hitting a game ball and the hitting force adjusting device 10 for adjusting the hitting force of the ball hitting member 9, the hitting force adjusting device 10 includes an operation base 15 projecting horizontally from the lower part of a machine front, an operation portion 16 positioned on the upper surface of the operation base 15 and capable of swing turning centering on a fixed point, and an adjusting means capable of changing the hitting force of the ball hitting member 9 by the swing turning of the operation portion 16. The operation base 15 has a track portion 24 which is centering on the fixed point, is circular arcuate in the plane view and is in a projecting form on the upper surface. In the meantime, the operation portion 16 has a bottom portion 16a and a hand mounting portion 16b for having a player place the palm of the hand, and is further provided with a recessed sliding portion 16g slidable together with the track portion 24 of the operation base 15 on the bottom portion 16a.
