<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface cover for internal trim components for vehicles, which is hard to cause leakage of pad materials off the components and hard to develop own wrinkles. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The surface cover 20 is such that, by expanding a pad material in the bag-shaped surface cover 20 to form integrally a pad in the cover 20. In this surface cover, a single-textured portion 50 is integrally formed around a double-textured portion 40 by double-weaving to form a bag shape, wherein the boundary site 52 of the single-textured portion 50 adjacent to the double-textured portion 40 is constituted of a satin texture.
