PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LC composite component that has a large capacity by using an electrolytic capacitor or an electric double layer capacitor constructed by winding an electrode foil as an electric conductor into a cylindrical shape, thus can generate an inductance. SOLUTION: The LC composite component has: an element 9 formed by laminating two sheets of electrode foils 1 and 3 with a piece of electrolytic paper 2 therebetween and winding them; and a bottomed cylindrical case that houses the element 9 impregnating with an electrolytic solution. The composite component also has: a primary lead wire A connected to either of the electrode foils 1 and 3 at its winding center; a secondary lead wire C connected to a peripheral part of either of the electrode foils 1 and 3; a tertiary lead wire B connected to an optional position of the other of the electrode foils 1 and 3; and a sealing member for sealing an opening of the case and for leading the primary lead wire A, the secondary lead wire C, and the tertiary lead wire B to the outside of the case.
