A vehicle window comprises a glazing panel 17 pressed by clamping means 20 acting at its edge, against sealing sections 23 provided in the region of the edge of a window opening in the body 19, 22 of the vehicle and projecting externally of the body. As shown the window panel 17 is hinged at 18 at one edge and at the opposite edge is provided with an adjustable screw clamp 20, 21 operable from the inside of the body by the knurled head screw 21. The sealing sections 23 have lips 24, 24<SP>1</SP> whose upper surfaces are inclined downwardly towards the outside, and the lower sealing section is provided with drain or ventilating holes 25. |
