CONTINUOUS-FLOW CRYOSTAT FOR MICRO-OPTICAL INVESTIGATIONS

摘要

A continuous-flow cryostat for microscopic investigations wherein body of cryostat and cover additionally have cavities that are placed in the body and the cover in perimeter of the base. The cavities have the inlet and the outlet fittings for cooling liquid and in the body of cryostat thermal bridge is additionally installed, temperature indicators and gates of windows, at that thermal bridge is placed between the heat exchanger and thermal screen and the gates of the windows are placed with possibility to close those windows.
