<p>A wireless relay device (100) is applied to a wireless communication system wherein a period in which downstream data are transmitted and a period in which upstream data are transmitted are provided in time division in communication time frames that are separated on a time axis. The wireless relay device (100) is provided with a donor transceiving unit (120D) that exchanges data with a wireless base station, a remote transceiving unit (120R) that exchanges data with a wireless terminal, and control units (130D, 130R) that alternately execute control to operate the donor transceiving unit (120D) and stop the remote transceiving unit (120R) in at least one communication time frame, and control to stop the donor transceiving unit (120D) and operate the remote transceiving unit (120R) in at least one communication time frame.</p> |
