The present invention concerns a method for enabling a mobile terminal to access to a wireless cellular telecommunication network comprising plural base stations, the mobile terminal having right to access to the wireless cellular telecommunication network through a first base station, the mobile terminal having no right to access to the wireless cellular telecommunication network through a second base station. The method comprises the steps of : detecting the reception of a message transferred by the mobile terminal to the second base station, determining if the first base station is operational, giving right to the mobile terminal to access to the wireless cellular telecommunication network through the second base station if the first base station is not operational, rejecting right to the mobile terminal to access to the wireless cellular telecommunication network through the second base station if the first base station is operational.
