<p>A video on demand (VOD) realizing method, system and equipment, the said method includes the following steps: the management device receives an access request from the remote set-top box (STB). The said management device inquires whether the said remote STB has the ability to pay service fee according to the said access request. If the result of the inquiry is yes, the resource allocation information is sent to the said remote STB and the said remote STB is provided to realize the VOD service according to the resource allocation information. The management device realizes the remote resource allocation when the user is roaming by sending the resource allocation information to the said remote STB, and realizes the VOD service in different operating networks.</p> |
