Systems and methods to provide OTF carrier phase bias calibration. In one embodiment, a method implemented in a receiver includes: constructing a single difference (SD) carrier signal using raw data received from a base and a rover; applying a bias compensation to the SD carrier signal; filtering an output signal from the bias compensation to provide ambiguity estimates; and estimating a feedback bias based on the ambiguity estimates, wherein the feedback bias is used to adjust the bias compensation.
