PURPOSE: A construction method of a safety floor material for an outing place is provided to construct the floor of an outing place more easily within a short time. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a safety floor material for an outing place is as follows. A first binder and a first elastic chip(102) are mixed and spread on a ground surface(10) to form an under layer(100). The first binder of the under layer is hardened. A second binder and a second elastic chip(202) are mixed and spread on the hardened top surface of the under layer to form a top layer(200). The second binder of the top layer is hardened. |
