PURPOSE: A foldable rectangular umbrella is provided to reduce the usage of a material to make the umbrella, and minimize the location where umbrella ribs are fixing an umbrella cover. CONSTITUTION: A foldable rectangular umbrella comprises the following: a rectangular umbrella cover(11) including a isosceles triangle connection unit with the same length to a third shift of a long umbrella rib from the vertex of a rectangular cloth to the center of the cover; four long umbrella ribs supporting the umbrella cover from the center of the cover to the vertex; two short umbrella ribs supporting the umbrella cover from the center of the cover to the center of both long side walls of the rectangular cloth; and six supporting ribs(23) supporting first shifts of one long umbrella rib and one short umbrella rib. |
