PURPOSE: A digital radio for keeping a motive of each mobile terminal is provided to perform accurate synchronization in the mobile terminal by including synchronization information in a control frame. CONSTITUTION: A transceiver(102) transmits and receives the other digital radio, the synchronizing signal and voice signal. A signal processor(104) encodes the voice from the other digital radio and the voice of the user through a microphone. A controller(106) controls transmitting and receiving of the voice signal and synchronizing signal. The network cycle is included of a payload frame and a control frame. The control frame independents with the payload frame. The control frame comprises the synchronization information.
