PURPOSE: An operating lever for a parking brake of a vehicle is provided to improve fuel efficiency through weight reduction and reduce assembly time and raw material costs by reducing the number of components. CONSTITUTION: An operating lever for a parking brake of a vehicle comprises a rotating lever(10) and a strut(20). A hook part(11) is formed at one end of the rotating lever, a shoe coupling groove(12) is formed at the other end of the rotating lever, and a coupling projection(13) is formed around the shoe coupling groove. A coupling projection is inserted into one end of the strut and a shoe coupling groove(23) is formed at the other end of the strut in order to rotate the rotating lever around the coupling projection.
